Summer Grounds Team Member – Part-Time


Job Location: Green Lake, WI

Position Type: Seasonal

Education Level: None

REPORTS TO: Property Manager

JOB TYPE: Seasonal (Summer, June-September)

COMPENSATION: Hourly


Position Overview: Ann Hathaway Cottage (AHC) is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Grounds Team for the summer season. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, are passionate about plants and landscaping, and take pride in maintaining beautiful, welcoming spaces. The Grounds Team Member will assist with the care of plants, flowers, and gardens, as well as general groundskeeping tasks to ensure our property remains well-kept and inviting for guests. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in watering, weeding, pruning, and maintaining flowers, flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Grounds Team Member will work closely with the homeowner and Property Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Interest in flowers, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Schedule & Commitment:

  • This seasonal position runs from June to September (flexible start and end dates available).
  • Six to ten hours a week, with the schedule to be determined based on availability and organizational need.
